Client Services Manager, (preferably with German)

TCP are Experts in Flexible Workforce working on ‘Service Excellence’. TCP operates in 8 countries throughout Europe, helping agencies, employers and contractors to create smooth, efficient working relationships. We are looking for a Business Development / Account Manager for the German markets who can learn the nuances within flexible workforce solutions. You are enthusiastic and motivated to make our company a success, starting from TCP’s international strategy. You are going to be supported by your TCP colleagues across Europe to complement your qualities where required and they will give you possibilities to contribute your best efforts in our client focussed processes.
In the company’s primary external business focus towards TCP’s contractors, agencies and end-clients the Business Development / Account Managers are pivotal in promoting and providing crucial client-focused services. Your main role will be to provide external services to TCP’s clients as well as promoting and initiating new relationships with potential clients of TCP.
You will maintain and develop long term client relationships as well as identify, generate and win new business.
You will keep up with developments in your profession, attend training and gain knowledge by networking and will possess a strong understanding of what is required by all parties (internal and external) and you will make suggestions for possible improvements.
You will work from the head office in London, travelling when necessary to meet internal and external customers.

- Team worker with a demonstrable track record of working with initiative both within and across functions
You will possess demonstrable experience in Account Management / Business Development and New Business Sales, ideally within the flexible workforce area: you will be a client / customer service focused individual.
You are a strong team worker, self-confident and able to manage and assess your own performance. You have strong communicative skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships. You are client focused, flexible, loyal and have a personal approach. You are naturally driven to deliver expert service, effectively under pressure and self-controlled.
