Our History

TCP Solutions are a European Professional Employer Organisation and Compliance specialist, operating since 1994. Since opening over 25 years ago we have expanded across Europe and currently operate in 12 countries.

1994

Established

TCP was established and provided small agencies with back office support.

1996

Evolved our Services

TCP evolved its services to include employment and engaging with contractors and flex workers.

1999

Opened Amsterdam Office

TCP opened its first office outside of the UK in Amsterdam.

2001

TCP Expanded into Europe

TCP expanded into new European territories including The Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Luxembourg and Ireland. We obtained AUG, SECO licence, and Interim licence.

2015

New Owners

TCP was bought by Adam Craighill and Evert van der Weijden and broadened its service offering.

2017

Opened New Office in Berlin

TCP moved into a new office in Berlin, located in the centre of Berlin opposite Checkpoint Charlie.

2018

Introduction Salesforce

TCP Solutions now works with the advanced integrated automated CRM system from Salesforce
