We are looking for a HR Consultant with a focus on Contract Management located in central Berlin.

Role description

In the company’s primary external business focus towards TCP’s contractors, agencies and clients, our HR Department has a central role in providing both HR and technical legal support. As a HR Consultant, you are responsible for the management of our employees in the whole process, starting from on boarding until off boarding. You will be responsible for managing client, agency and employee contracts for our solutions in the D/A/CH region.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise your work-load and manage expectations. Reporting to the Head of HR & Legal and working closely with the Business Development and Processing teams, you will need to have excellent organisation skills along with an understanding for all areas of the business and procedures.

You will work in cross-company legal and compliance team advising the business on legal issues. You will also be involved in various projects to further develop and strengthen the legal and compliance aspects of the business. By combining your theoretical knowledge and practical experience, you will know how to provide technical and legal expertise in a successful way.

You should be able to demonstrate a strong interest in labour law and will keep up with developments in your profession. You will also possess a strong understanding of what is required by all parties (internal and external) and have the ability to make suggestions for possible improvements.

Profile

You will have a legal background and be familiar with commercial and employment contracts and have good commercial understanding. You will be business focused and trustworthy to customers. A team worker, self-confident, with strong communicative skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships. You will be client focused, flexible, loyal and have a personal approach with a good sense of humour, as well as naturally driven to deliver expert services.
