TCP Solutions, and our wider group, are a global Employer of Record company. We work with clients to ensure their workforce is engaged via a compliant payroll vehicle. TCP alone operates in 8 European countries, where we have a fully registered company in each.

In Germany we are a specialist AUG employer, currently operating across a broad range of industry sectors. In order to compliantly ‘lend out’ staff in Germany, the employer must hold the necessary AUG licence. TCP was awarded with an indefinite labour leasing licence in 2007, which allows us to compliantly lend out staff in Germany to End User Clients. Our client base includes small and medium-sized companies as well as large enterprises. TCP Germany is a registered visa sponsor and so is able to employ both EU and non-EU nationals.
Our head office is located in London, United Kingdom, where we also offer Employer of Record services, as well as engaging with self-employed operators too. TCP UK employs skilled contractors across multiple industry sectors. TCP are not a recruiter, and so our sole aim is to ensure the compliant setup of any engagement of temporary or permanent staff on behalf of our clients, ensuring the correct payment of taxes and social security as well as the compliant setup of the contracts and other aspects of a UK payroll.
TCP have a fully registered company in Ireland, with an office in Dublin. We are fully certified by the WRC (Workplace Relations Commission). We work with agencies and End User Clients to ensure the correct employment of their labour force within the Irish legal framework, removing the liability that can arise from an incorrect engagement from the parties involved in the supply chain.
TCP have a Belgian company, with a fully staffed office in Antwerp. We use this company to both employ skilled workers under our Interim license (Belgian labour leasing license), and engage with self-employed operators, ensuring the compliant setup of either scenario. Like with Germany, the labour leasing license must be present when employing a candidate and lending them to an End User Client. TCP operate across multiple industry sectors, from aviation and Automotive, to construction and IT. TCP Belgium is a registered visa sponsor and so is able to employ both EU and non-EU nationals.
In Sweden, TCP Managed and Compliance Services AB (our Swedish registered company), is used to employ candidates compliantly within the Swedish system. We are also able to engage with self-employed operators too. We work across multiple industry sectors, from IT to construction. For the latter we are ID06 registered allowing us to compliantly employ those within the construction industry (issuing the relevant card to allow them on site).
TCP have a fully registered Danish company, TCP APS, which is able to employ skilled labour within the Danish system. As with other countries, we are also able to engage with self-employed contractors too. Whichever setup is being used, TCP APS will ensure the compliance, and where we are the employer; we will ensure the correct payment of taxes and social security. For some specialist expats, we are able to assist with the application for certain tax incentives, such as the 27% tax ruling. This can have a very positive affect on the net pay to an individual, should they be eligible.
TCP AS is our fully registered Norwegian company, able to employ both EU and non-EU nationals. TCP AS is also able to engage with self-employed operators. With either scenario, TCP will ensure the compliance of the engagement, and where we are the employer we will ensure the correct payment of tax/social security. TCP works across multiple industries, and is comfortable working in line with client Collective Agreements etc. Where we are the employer, we are also able to assist with any expat tax incentives that may be applicable, for example the PAYE Scheme, that can help to compliantly optimise the net pay for the employee.
TCP have a Finnish company, TCP Oy, with our own staff there based just outside of Helsinki. In Finland, TCP offer Employer of Record services, as well as being able to engage with self-employed operators. TCP Oy is comfortable working in multiple industry sectors, and have the necessary insurances (Workers Comp, Accident and Pension for example) that allow us to also operate within the construction industry. As a registered visa sponsor, TCP Oy is also able to employ both EU and non-EU nationals.
