TCP Solutions – Global Reach, Local Experts:
TCP are Experts in Flexible Workforce (temporary workers) working on ‘Service Excellence’. TCP operates in 12 countries throughout Europe, helping agencies, employers and contractors to create smooth, efficient working relationships. We are looking for a Sales Hunter for the Dutch market who can learn the nuances within flexible workforce solutions. You are enthusiastic and motivated to make our company a success, starting from TCP’s international strategy. You are going to be supported by your TCP colleagues across Europe to complement your qualities where required and they will give you possibilities to contribute your best efforts in our client focussed processes.

Job purpose:
To achieve the company objective of market growth on both End Clients and Agencies. To help the business reach a level in the market whereby they provide a sustainable, long-term service level of ‘Service Excellence’ above that offered by competitors.

Job function:
In the company’s primary external business focus towards TCP’s contractors, agencies and end-clients the Sales Hunter is pivotal in closing prospects and draws on specific large deals aiming for a high percentage of exceeded quota. Your main role will be to influence buyers and persuade prospects incorporating the prospects requirements. You will maintain and develop long term client relationships as well as identify, generate and win new business. Show a consultative approach to understanding a client’s needs and identifying the right solution to solve those business challenges and understanding prospects requirements. You will keep up with developments in your profession, attend training and gain knowledge by networking and will possess a strong understanding of what is required by all parties (internal and external) and you will make suggestions for possible improvements.

  • reframe how a buyer thinks
  • spend time on opportunities that make better “business sense” for the long or short term
  • consistently hit your quota
  • embrace collaboration across the sales process
  • Work closely with Business Development Executives and Client Services
  • Use the company CRM to log information
